Back in February we learned that a big Clash of Clans update was coming in March, and now we know some key details. Starting with a brand new Dark Elixir troop, the Bowler, higher Hogs, Golbins, and more. Not to mention Clan War match-making improvements, a new Inferno Tower level 4, bigger troops and faster spell brewing. This is what Clashers need to know.

In December the biggest update to Clash of Clans in years arrived. It added a Town Hall 11 to the game, but made some major changes that weren’t for the better. Users were upset, problems arose, and many even quit playing Clash of Clans completely.

However, another big March 2016 Clash of Clans update is almost here, and it’s almost as feature-packed as the one late last year. Supercell is making more big changes to improve every aspect of Clash of Clans, adding a higher level Inferno and Mortar, fixing gameplay, evening out Clan Wars, and doing everything they can to keep this game #1 in the download and revenue charts.


In early March Supercell released some important details regarding an upcoming update, and now we know that update will be arriving in March. Meaning within the next two weeks some huge changes are coming to everyone’s favorite game.

The Clash of Clans March 2016 update will fix Clan Wars, make matchups more even, improve match-making as a whole, and balance out the entire game to make things more even, fun, exciting. This week though, Supercell released a huge changelog of all the big (and little) changes, a video showing off a new level 4 Inferno, and much more. We can expect this update to arrive early next week, likely before March 25th.

Update: Today, for the first time in over a year and a half, Supercell announced a new Dark Elixir Troop. It’s called the “Bowler” and he’s essentially a Dark Elixir goblin mixed with the Flinstones, who throws a ball (rock) at any building, and does splash damage to nearby buildings. Here are three videos of “sneak peaks” showing us some of the incoming chances, starting with the Bowler.

His stats and information could change, but so far he’s not quite as deadly as the wizard in terms of damage, but can handle twice as much hits against him. Making for one tough and well-rounded troop. He looks awesome.


As you can see above, the March 2016 Clash of Clans update will be adding a faster and more powerful Inferno Level 4, likely only for Town Hall 11, as well as a level 9 Mortar. If Town Hall 11 players weren’t overpowered already, they certainly will be after this update.


That said, TH10 players don’t need to worry about dealing with these huge bases, as Supercell is making it so TH10 and TH11 players see each other less in matchmaking, as part of their “gameplay balancing changes”.

Supercell is also making the Valkyrie chicks stronger, faster, and more deadly, as they’re the least used troop in the game. A higher troop level for TH10 will arrive for the Valks, Hog Riders, and Golbins. Check it out.



So what else is new in the Clash of Clans March 2016 update? A lot. Not only are there bigger Mortar, Inferno towers, and everything above (with more to come) but there are loads of other changes as detailed by Supercell. Here’s what we know so far. It’s a big list, and there are some important details at the bottom you won’t want to miss.


Town Hall 11 Changes

• Grand Warden Life Aura and Eternal Tome range reduced slightly

Town Hall 10+ Changes

• Inferno Tower Multi-mode acquires new targets faster
The Inferno Tower Multi-mode re-targeting delay was initially added a long time ago due to overwhelming effectiveness against Witches. With the latest Witch level in armies and donations, however, a speed increase is needed to help bring the defense back in-balance with even larger hordes of Skeletons.
• Town Hall 10 and 11 players are less likely to find each other in Multiplayer
Now that more players have progressed to Town Hall 11, we can make adjustments to matchmaking that will result in less TH11/10 matchups. Note that players in Champion league and above will not be affected.
Town Hall 9+ Changes

• All Skeleton hitpoints reduced

• Skeletons spawned from Witches no longer trigger traps
Making Skeletons not trigger traps will leave mass-Witch armies vulnerable to an abrupt end via traps, unless the attacker carefully charts out potential hazards or uses a more diverse army to clear the way ahead.

• Goblin level 6 has been moved to Town Hall 9 (was TH10)
We’ve been a bit stingy with the Goblin levels. Goblin-lovers represent!

• X-Bow levels 2-4 damage increased
Once upon a time, the X-Bow was the most menacing defense in Clash. Now, with ultra-tanky Giants, Golems and Lava Hounds, X-Bows could use a bit of a boost to help stay relevant at later levels, especially as TH9 defense balance hinges upon them. The X-Bow previously rode just under Archer Tower DPS per TH level, but these changes put it slightly over.
Town Hall 8+ Changes

• Valkyrie damage increased, hitpoints decreased
We’re trying to win a place in people’s armies with one of Clash of Clans’ least used troops. A general DPS increase sweetens the prospect, but the big difference is below, and is balanced by the hitpoints decrease.

• Valkyrie starts attacking much faster after reaching her target – give her a try!

• Wizard Tower levels 5-9 hitpoints increased, greatly increased at later levels

• Defending Troops (but not Heroes) flee from Poison Spells if they are standing idle
Town Hall 5+

• All Dark Spells brewing time decreased to 10 minutes
• All Elixir Spells brewing time decreased to 20 minutes
The Clash of Clans team is looking at ways to make playing easier, faster and with less downtime. Spell brewing time is the obvious first bottleneck here, but there is still more that can be done in the future.
All levels:

• Battle time limit reduced to be 3 minutes per attack once again
In the TH11 update, we played a bit too cautious with the battle time limits. There were three main reasons why we changed it to 3 minutes and 30 seconds: the play field was expanding, the number of buildings and/or walls had been increasing over many Town Hall levels, and the Eagle Artillery could be tackled by tactical pre-strikes. However, monitoring the situation post-update, it turned out the extra 30 seconds of battle time wasn’t really needed. Bringing the time limit back to 3 minutes will help bring back shorter and tighter battles for all players, and was especially requested by the war community.

• Revenge attacks award Star Bonus and League Bonus rewards
A long requested player feature. Enjoy!

• New building constructions can no longer be cancelled (upgrades can still be cancelled)
This change is mainly to prevent the intentional building and selling of high level defenses during Clan Wars to get an unfair advantage.

As we can see there are some major changes here. From more powerful x-bows, more powerful valkryie units, faster spell creation, poison spells now require more perfection, as troops can run from it. Then there are multiple changes to the overall way the game finds players for users to fight, tweaks have been made to Clan War matchmaking, and other things. It’s a big update.

It looks like we’re going to have to wait 3-5 days before the update arrives, but each day more details will arrive in the Supercell Sneak Peak thread.

Before the end of March a huge Clash of Clans update will be arriving full of changes. This will make things more balanced, gameplay tougher, spells brew quicker and give people more reasons to play what’s still the most popular mobile game on the planet. We know a new Dar Troop is coming to TH10, but it might not be with this update. Stay tuned, and we’ll add more details as they become available.

Clash Royale Auto Drop Trophies Mod

【Auto Drop Trophies】 is a new mod feature in Clash Royale.  

It helps you drop trophies to match with easier rivals so you can get Crown Chests in the Arena faster than others. It can help you drop 600 cups non-stop in just 20 mins! 30 cups/each loss.


  1. Simply first set "Trophy Lower Than" to set the target trophy to which you want to drop. e.g. 600 means the auto-dropping will cease when your cups are lower than 600 so your account will end up not higher than 600 cups.
  2. Then activate the auto drop trophies switch then the dropping will run automatically. Skipping cutscenes in between. You can still control the game if you like.
  3. Hint: Arenas will change +/-50 cups around the entry limit. You can use auto dropping to control your trophy range.

【Auto Open Chests】 has been optimized. When switched ON, it will open chests from the smallest (shortest cooldown) to the biggest (longest cooldown).

Last week the popular Clash Royale Android and iOS mobile game released internationally. If you’re just getting started playing the game, chances are you might be feeling a bit frustrated by your lack of wins and difficulty understanding the game’s strategy . After playing the game ourselves for a couple days, we’re finally beginning to get a grip on how to build a good deck, play decent defense and offense, manage our gold and elixir resources and start kicking some medieval ass. If you’re a beginner looking for tips and strategies to help you start winning battles, we’ve put together this guide just for you. As we continue to progress through the game, we’ll add more strategy guides for later arenas, resource management and deck building. Be sure to check back for those soon.

Clash Royale Beginner Strategy Guide: On Deck Building, Resource Management And Offensive/Defensive Playing

 Setting up a good deck requires getting to know your cards and upgrading properly. Supercell

Tip #1: To Build A Good Deck Get To Know Your Cards – getting to know your cards is one of the most important parts of building a good deck. Pay attention to how much elixir each card costs and the damage they can do. Also, try them out in combination with other cards to see which work best together. For example, I found the Giant and the Musketeer work nicely as a team. The more you become familiar with the types of damage different cards can do, the attacks they can withstand and the card combos that work, the better your deck will be.

Tip #2: Make Small Changes To Decks And Analyze Results – This really goes with the earlier tip, but to figure out the best cards that work together you should make very small changes to your deck. You can trade out one or two cards and play a few battles and see how you are impacted. If you drastically change your deck every battle, it becomes too difficult to see what works and what doesn’t.

Tip #3: Good Decks Are Balanced – You might be tempted to fill your deck with nothing but heavy hitters, but the more damage a card does, the more elixir it costs to deploy it. If you fill your deck with cards that are mostly 4 or 5 elixir, you won’t be able to move out as quickly or as often. Some of the lighter cards like Archers and Goblins really come in handy as back-ups and they move quickly so definitely balance your deck with both heavy and light cards. You can check the average amount of elixir your deck costs by tapping on the deck and looking at the average elixir stat listed in purple. It’s best to keep that number between 3.5 - 4.5 to remain balanced.

Tip #4: If The First Hand You’re Dealt Is Weak, Play Defensively – Your hand of cards is randomly dealt so you have no choice which cards end up in your initial lineup. If you find your lineup is pretty weak and contains mostly lightweight cards, hold back and let your opponent attack first. This way you not only build up more elixir, you also can see which Tower he/she is coming after and can properly defend it. If any of your troops survive that initial battle they’ll be perfectly positioned to support an offensive attack when you get some stronger cards in your hand.

Tip #5: Use The Kill Zone – the longer I play the more I realize good defense can make you or break you. One good defensive strategy for beginners is to practice is using the kill zone. The kill zone is basically the middle area on your side of the field. When you have attackers coming at you, don’t meet them at the bridge, instead, hold off for a couple seconds, and then slap some goblins or any other card you choose (preferably quicker troops), down in the center of your kill zone. This will distract most attackers from the tower they are headed for. As they come toward your troops in the kill zone, they are being struck by the arrows and cannon balls from the towers. This will help to quickly weaken the attacker and stop the attack from happening or weaken its impact.

Tip #6: Manage Your Elixir Resources By Holding Back – A mistake I made a lot when first playing the game was going too aggressively and throwing anyone on an attack I could. This strategy works about as well as trying to sprint through a marathon.  Every second during battle you get one point of elixir built up. If you are planning an attack, it’s usually good to wait until you’ve saved up enough elixir to deploy a couple of cards in combination. For example, we all know how powerful the Giant is, but making sure he has a backup troop makes the Giant last longer and deal more damage. You might be tempted to throw three or four cards on one attack, but it’s better to hold back and see what your combo does first. By deploying every card you have on a target you leave yourself no elixir for defending against the attacks your opponent will send your way. While it may look like you are winning at first, if you ignore your defense, you’ll ultimately lose.

Tip #7: Manage Your Gold Wisely By Being Choosy About Upgrades  - It’s very tempting at first to upgrade every card you possibly can, but it’s far more effective to be choosy about your upgrades. Generally, I’d stick to upgrading mostly common cards since they are cheaper. Also, only use your gold to upgrade cards you know you use frequently and like. Free chests are given to you at regular intervals and you get a chest when you win a battle so you will be able to upgrade other cards along the way from the goodies you get in those chests. Gold is really hard to come by in the game, so being careful about how you spend it will make a difference for your deck and the number of battles you win.
